Slate reporter, Sarah Wildman, interviews her father about the 15-minute exercise regimen invented over a hundred years ago by Danish fitness guru J.P. Muller. The workout improves strength, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility and is intended to be performed barefoot and nude. Thankfully, this guy keeps his clothes on!

Some of them yes.. Although, showing someone younger that had results from the exercise would help convince me.
