Day 23: Sitting Around On a Holiday
Nothing new to report, other than the fact that my foot already feels much better. It seems that recovery time has already lessened significantly. It took me 5 days to recover after the first run. This just took two. Of course, I ran on different surfaces, AND I ran for five uninterrupted minutes and walked for 10 on the treadmill that first time.
My second run was on a track and football field, but probably didn’t cover as much time.
