Hey Brian,i just read your article on how you eliminated your Patellar Tendonitis. It’s an amazing article thanks for sharing it. Nevertheless I have two questions:1. After eliminating patellar tendonitis did it ever reappear?2. Some other people do the exercises with just one leg. Is it better to do it with two legs? Or where is the difference?

Hi, thanks for the questions.

1.  Yes, I definitely still have flare ups, especially when I’m not consistent in doing the exercises on the slant board. In my case, and I think for many others, it is chronic and will never 100% go away, but you can manage it.  And, I think some people get it briefly, and never experience it again.

2. I found that doing it on 1 leg was just too hard.  My knee didn’t have enough stability to do it on one leg to start, so I got in the habit of using 2, but not putting any weight on my other leg on the way down. Now I could do it with one, but I still do two just out of habit.  I’m not sure there are pros or cons; if you can do it with 1, then by all means.  But if you need that other leg for stability, I think you’ll be alright and it will still help.

Again, I’m not a doctor, so this isn’t advice.  I’m just speaking from my personal, non-medical-educated, experience.  Seek advice from a doctor before trying anything new.

Can you post a link to this knee fix article? I tried to access a link I thought was to it, but it didn’t work.
