About a month ago we posted some picture from the Vibram store located in the SM Mall of Asia in Manila, Philippines. We weren’t really aware of this store beforehand, so we were all amazed that such a store existed and wanted to know more about it.

As fate would have it, two weeks ago my mom was headed to her hometown of Manila to visit family and friends for the first time in about 20 years.  It didn’t occur to me to talk to her about the store beforehand, but the other night we Skype’d with her while she was in her hotel and she mentioned that she had gone to the Mall of Asia and was going to go again the next day.

I immediately remembered the store and implored her to go visit it and take some video from inside.  She talked about how big the mall was and how hard it was find things, but that she’d try her best.  It turns out she wasn’t kidding, its the 4th largest mall in the world so it definitely takes effort to take track down any single store.

Luckily, Mom came through!

Here’s a picture from the front of the store. My mom said that the store is really tiny, almost like a storage closet, and that is pretty well reflected in the videos she shot.
