The 2011 Virginia Tough Mudder was held October 22 and 23 at the Wintergreen Resort in Central Virginia, some 3 hour drive from my house. After watching this video, I’ve decided that I want to do it next year.  I also have the following emotions:  excitement, nervousness, and fear.  Mainly fear.
